Lead a team of Marketers and Creatives in various projects and campaigns ranging from website development & design focusing on product and landing pages, to directing SEO efforts, email campaigns, SMS, Influencer, and Performance Marketing across digital platforms and streaming.
Worked cross-functionally with Creative & Product teams to develop a GTM strategy for 3+ major products. Grew the larger Marketing team from 3 to 15+ within 2 years, and lead the Performance Marketing team to over 60MM ARR with an average 3.66 MER (ROAS). Developed project management frameworks and team processes that dramatically increased efficiency and reduced time wasted.
Developed creative strategy testing processes & increased creative asset output by over 200% within 6 months of iOS14, humming along at a rate of about 3-5 new creatives per week, resulting in over 300+ new creative assets within one year. Leveraged this process to become more honed, efficient, and creative driven, developing the performance marketing team into a cutting edge creative marketing machine. Developed SOPs for the department and established roles and hierarchies.
